Crafted with a durable, powder-coated steel frame and Textilene fabric, the hammock uses chains for suspension. Textilene is a polyester yarn with a resin coating, woven into very durable and elastic fabric. The hammock measures 93 by 40 by 26 inches for ample resting room, and weighs 24.86 pounds. Though it is made from weather-resistant materials, the hammock is not meant to be left outdoors year round in all weather. Instead, it's designed for easy fold up and storage. I ordered this for my husband for a Fathers Day gift & he loves it. It was extremely easy to set up. I really like the convenience of it folding up for easy storage when not in use. It is heavy enough to be sturdy yet light enough to pick up and move around.

My only negative comment is the length: My husband is 5'10" and the hammock is just about right for him. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone much taller than that. Other than that it is a great product!

Ok, so I ordered this naively. Those of you liked this product have never laid in a hammock. There is this incredible womb-like property a hammock has, mostly because the material of the hammock assumes your shape, and because of that heady swaying motion that almost on contact transports you to a warm fuzzy place. This is not that. This is a cot. The material is a hard resin with no give, and more importantly, there are four points of contact, not the two that a hammock traditionally has, i.e., NO SWAY whatsoever. I was soooo disappointed. Nicely made, but it's a nicely made cot, not a hammock. I wouldn't say it's even remotely like the experience of laying in a hammock.

The constuction and what you get for the price is amazing. When folded up the size is pretty big and heavy but it seems like it will stand the test of time. The only drawback is the crappy little flat pillow they added to the product. They should have put a velco strap on it so it secures to the headrest area or just cost reduce it out of the product all together. Most people use their own pillows anyways. The color of the tubing was dead on. Great design guys!!

along with the lounger this is easily the best value in the enitre range & quite stunning. we bought 4 of these & are very pleased. they are comfortable, & take up little room. the price is simply incredible. we bought 2 of the wicker chairs; they too are lovely, & slightly wider, but they represent lesser value. however they do finish off the set wonderfully well.
the only criticism is with the cushions, they get dirty very quickly even from the rain, & though they can get washed, this is a real nuisance.
btw the loungers in the same collection are also different & wonderful. In fact, in short this is THE set to buy for value, individuality & style

Love this little chair. It fits nicely into a small space without hogging too much room. Clean lines, modern looking, unique. I've paired it with the similar wicker sectional set. comfy but not 'overstuffed' (i don't like the oddly oversized furniture sold at many box stores). If the construction is similar to the sectional set, should hold up very well. Note that it is made of polyethylene, not PVC (polyvinyl chloride). PVC is very toxic in its manufacturing; i bought this chair specifically because it was not made of PVC/vinyl.

I received the chair way before the delivery date. I was satisfied with how fast I got it. I live on an island and everything takes a wee longer to get to me. As for the chair, I was a little disappointed with the size when I first saw it. It was my fault for not looking at the dimensions, but the picture gave me the sense that it was a large chair. It is much smaller than I anticipated. The chair is comfortable. It is well made. It is sophisticated and good looking.

I bought three of these chairs last summer. They are actually quite good looking and comfortable, but I didn't know you couldn't leave them in the rain. They immediately rusted and dripped rust on our deck. They must be brought in when it rains, which is not convenient for us. I would not have bought these if I had known they were not weather resistant.

It is value for your money.The chair is very comfortable and reclines as expected.The only problem was it came without instructions.The shipping box looked like it had to fight a cyclone.
You have to look for the small circular ring under the armrest to adjust the recliner and lock it by lifting it up when the desired position is attained.
Not as great as the 300$ recliners.But definitely worth 60$.

Comfortable and well constructed. It came without instructions for operating the reclining mechanism and it's a little tricky. This chair may not be suitable for wide people. It's fairly narrow.
