Despite all the complaints I saw on the items before purchasing, these really have proven to be good quality items at great prices. Easy to assemble. My 3 year old little girl helped so it took about an hour longer but we put together 4 chairs, 2 chaises, and the coffee table in about 3 hours. The chaise lounges were very nicely made. When I received it, it was damaged, a HUGE crack the whole width of the table.I called and returned it. When the new one came, same crack, same place!!! No one has returned my calls or emails regarding this second table which I guess my Mother is now stuck with. We tried gluing it, it turned out alright but for the money I paid for this, it should have been in great condition when I received it, if not the first time, then at least the second time. I am so disappointed. I bought a bench and two chairs as well for this collection. I also purchased an outdoor dining set with table, four chair and a bench. After all the money I spent with your company, you should have the courtesy to at least send a decent coffee table to me! I will never, EVER purchase another thing from you......EVER. Thanks for NOTHING! |
