I've asked for return twice but didn't get any response. Now I am still waiting for the third item the bench which will arrive after 3/18/2011. Well, I am a long time Amazon buyer, and this is something new that I seldom experienced. Hope I can get help soon! Despite all the complaints I saw on the items before purchasing, these really have proven to be good quality items at great prices. Easy to assemble. My 3 year old little girl helped so it took about an hour longer but we put together 4 chairs, 2 chaises, and the coffee table in about 3 hours. The chaise lounges were very nicely made.
